As far is I remember, his face was like that...
The hair is his main identity

He's summoning a dragon... I guess Long in his name stands for dragon.
And it's lay-outed like a Chinese New Year money-gift-envelope (AngPao)
Here's the envelope...return in with money... hee hee...

Done in about 4 hours... with pencil, photoshop and mouse...
the pattern on the dragon body is a combination batik pattern,
a speciality of our country.
